W3 offers their customers 15 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange all unworn items in exchange for store credit only. Please return all merchandise in its original packaging. W3 will cover shipping for your first return or exchange. Thereafter, it will be the responsibility of the customer. Store credit expires within 90 days.

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent once the team receives it. Subsequently, you’ll receive another email notification containing your tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
